Qualifications

• Flight Dispatcher qualifications as required by CMA CGM AIR CARGO.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day airline operations are conducted efficiently for safe flight operations.
• Collaborate daily with stakeholders to ensure schedule integrity and compliance.
• Test procedures and configurations of OCC systems and propose improvements.
• Ensure OCC and Flight Dispatch operate 24/7 with focus on safety and punctuality.
• Manage execution of the commercial program and monitor flights.
• Coordinate and communicate operationally with internal and external parties.

As part of its development, CMA CGM AIR CARGO offers one opportunity to become a Duty Officer for its Operations Control Center (CCO).

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Participate in the on-going development of the CMA CGM AIR CARGO airline within the scope of the Operations Control Center:

• Ensure the day-to-day operation of the airline is conducted in the most efficient manner, in order to maintain safe flight operations including disruption management.
• Collaborate with the internal / external stakeholders on a daily basis, to ensure schedule integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Test and challenge the procedures and configurations of the systems deployed at the OCC, propose alternative solutions if necessary.
• Ensure Operations Control and Flight Dispatch 24/7: Advocate for a culture focused on flight safety, economic performance, and punctuality.

Operations Control:

• Manage the execution of the commercial program and ensure flight monitoring.
• Anticipate, manage, and minimize the impact of operational irregularities.
• Coordinate and communicate operationally internally and externally.

PROFILE :

The applicant should meet the following criteria:

• Have successfully passed the Flight Dispatcher Initial Examination
• If applicable, successfully passed the latest Flight Dispatcher Recurrent Examination
• Have operated as a Flight Dispatcher for at least 800 hours.
