Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in quality control/assurance in manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, Six Sigma or Lean is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with inspection tools and data analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsabilités

  • Own quality control processes across production stages from design to final assembly.
  • Perform inspections, measurements, and tests on components and finished products.
  • Identify improvement opportunities to reduce defects and increase efficiency.
  • Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Document inspections, test results and non-conformances; report to management.
  • Collaborate with production, engineers and R&D to refine quality standards and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do
  • Quality Assurance & Control: Take full ownership of quality control processes across all stages of production, from design and prototyping to final assembly. Ensure that all products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with both internal and external specifications.
  • Inspection & Testing: Conduct detailed inspections, measurements, and tests on components and finished products. Utilize a variety of testing methods and tools to verify product performance and durability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions to optimize product quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into product issues or failures, performing root cause analysis to identify the source of problems and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality control inspections, test results, and non-conformance issues. Prepare reports and provide clear communication to senior management and other departments on quality performance and trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, engineers, and R&D to develop and refine quality standards, processes, and best practices. Serve as a key player in fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Compliance: Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements. Conduct audits and ensure all documentation is up to date.
What You Bring
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. Experience in industrial manufacturing, automation, or precision engineering is highly preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of quality control methods, tools, and techniques. Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001), Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You have a keen eye for detail and are capable of analyzing complex quality issues. You know how to solve problems effectively and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analytical Mindset: You excel at data analysis, using statistical methods and testing results to assess product quality and make data-driven decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: You work well with cross-functional teams, understanding the importance of communication and teamwork in ensuring the highest quality standards.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inspection tools such as CMM, micrometers, calipers, and other quality testing equipment. Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis software, and ERP systems.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in quality control or manufacturing processes are a plus.
