Qualifications

• You have a technical education suitable for the position and/or versatile technical knowledge gained through work experience.
• Customer service is natural to you, and you are cooperative, self-initiative and analytical in your working methods.
• Our international operating environment requires you to have fluency English and Finnish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Process, receive and forward warranty returns.
• Perform failure analysis and re-claim components from suppliers.
• Overhaul small-scale components (2nd-hand Inventory) and sell repaired parts.
• Participate in warranty claim handling and analysis of field and quality feedback.
• Collaborate with Sandvik sales companies, factory warranty handlers, and suppliers.
