Job summary

UKKO.fi is seeking an experienced accounting professional to strengthen and develop its corporate accounting operations. Senior Accountant role in the finance team handling more complex accounting areas, collaborating with development and customer service teams.

The team shares client responsibility to balance workload and enable focus on high-quality expert work, solving demanding accounting questions, and actively sparring with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in bookkeeping and financial statements, especially for micro-enterprises or small limited companies.
• Understanding of bookkeeping as a business support function.
• Strong written and spoken Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Balance workload across the team to enable high-quality expert work.
• Solve demanding accounting questions and spar with colleagues to share knowledge.
• Contribute to accounting processes and system development, supporting the team in interpretations.

You will contribute to accounting processes and system development, and support the team in demanding interpretations. You will be a key player in enabling service scalability for a growing client base.

Salary: 4000–4600 €/kk, negotiable based on experience.
