Job summary

Skeleton Technologies OY is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the Finnish entity’s books and provide end-to-end accounting execution. You will be the primary contact for audits and support reporting to Finnish authorities and external partners.

You’ll collaborate with the Finnish HR team on payroll and ensure IFRS and Finnish GAAP alignment, with a strong emphasis on cross-border activities and production accounting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Accountant or Chief Accountant in a smaller entity.
• Experience with production accounting and payroll processing is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and Finnish GAAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong communication in English and Finnish.
• Familiarity with Epicor and Rillion is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting execution for Skeleton Technologies OY - end-to-end responsibility for the Finnish entity’s books.
• Act as primary contact for external auditors and support audits from start to finish.
• Handle reporting and communication with Finnish state institutions, external partners, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Partner with the Finnish HR team on payroll execution.
