Job summary

Mehiläinen is seeking a Development Manager, Treasury in Helsinki to lead automation, forecasting, and system development across the group. You will work with the Director of Treasury and M&A Integrations and collaborate with IT, controllers, and finance teams to drive efficient, data-driven treasury operations.

The role focuses on developing processes, implementing AI-powered solutions, and managing cross-border rollout projects across seven countries, with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Innovation-driven treasury development experience is preferred.
• Experience leading development projects or initiatives.
• Familiarity with finance/treasury systems and data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and streamline treasury processes across the group.
• Create and coordinate the treasury development roadmap.
• Implement automation solutions, including AI and RPA, across the group.
• Develop forecasting models for cash and working capital.
• Oversee treasury systems like Treasury Systems, Nomentia, and Anaplan.
• Act as AI Product Owner for treasury initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and risk controls in automated processes.
• Collaborate with IT, controllers, and banks on roll-outs.
