Job summary

Mehiläinen is Finland’s largest private healthcare and social services provider. Mehiläinen’s Group Procurement is building a live intelligence layer to replace static reports, with a mandate to shape measurement, thresholds, and automation across the group.

You will influence decisions from day one and work across countries without people management responsibilities. You will design savings tracking, live spend views, ESG reporting including CO2 data, and participate in the technology roadmap

Qualifications

• Experience in designing data/ reporting systems for procurement and analytics.
• Comfort translating complex data for non-technical leaders.
• English proficiency and ability to work with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the group’s savings tracking methodology.
• Architect a live view of spend, price, and supplier performance.
• Build thresholds and escalation logic for leadership visibility.
• Shape AI and automation use within procurement analytics.
• Build sustainability/ESG reporting including CO2 data and supplier risk tracking.
• Contribute to procurement technology roadmap from tool selection to implementation.
