Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer or Technician to install hardware for automated medication dispensing systems in healthcare facilities across the United States. The role emphasizes hands-on hardware, software, and mechanical integration, with travel as a core component.

Qualifications

• Completion of Ylioppilastutkinto (Finnish matriculation to qualify for the role).
• English and Finnish language spoken is required.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; tasks revolve around installing and configuring hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
• Review of schematics/drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
• Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
