Job summary

IQVIA LLC MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer or Technician to install hardware for automated medication dispensing systems in healthcare facilities across the United States. The role emphasizes hands-on installation, testing, and configuration of hardware, software, and mechanical devices, with travel 100% locally, regionally, and nationally.

Per-diem, assignment-based with 16–30 hours weekly plus travel time. Training is provided and paid.

Qualifications

• Successful passing completion/passing of Ylioppilastutkinto.
• English and Finnish language spoken is required.
• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
• Professional business acumen and communication skills required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel to identify equipment layout, operations, and workflow required.
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status, required.
• Position may/will require up to date immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware for automated medication dispensing systems.
• Test and assemble systems; review schematics and documentation.
• Record data from product tests after installation.
• Ensure work meets quality compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and healthcare staff.
