Job summary

IQVIA seeks a MedTech Field Service Engineer/Technician to install and configure automated medication dispensing systems in healthcare facilities. You will collaborate with engineers and healthcare staff to ensure hardware, software and mechanical devices operate correctly.

This assignment requires traveling locally, regionally and nationally with open Monday–Friday availability. Training is provided and paid.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and business acumen.
• Experience with electronics/hardware/software or mechanical systems preferred.
• Comfort with basic software programs and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems with hardware, software and mechanical components.
• Review drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data after installation and configuration.
• Ensure work complies with quality standards.
