Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a technical discipline (engineering, electronics, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
• Fluent Finnish and good English communication (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel within Finland.
• Up to 5 years of experience in a technical role or strong motivation to learn.

Responsibilities

• Install and implement new molecular diagnostic systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, hardware/software upgrades, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by phone and on-site, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide hands-on support and training for software and hardware upgrades.
• Collaborate with Application Support Specialists and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage tools and spare parts inventory according to Abbott standards.
• Represent Abbott professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.
