Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a trainee for a 3-month Internal Communications & Employer Branding program. You will learn both disciplines hands-on, take ownership of well-defined day-to-day tasks, and contribute to small and medium-sized global projects.

You’ll work on intranet development, the company newsletter, the careers page, recruitment campaigns and event support, with mentorship and growth opportunities in a learning-focused environment that embraces AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Curiosity about AI and automation; eager to learn how to automate simple processes.
• Some exposure to internal communications or employer branding is helpful but not required.
• Comfort picking up new tools quickly; familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint or OneDrive is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of internal communications, including newsletter production and calendar management.
• Help maintain content for employer branding channels, the careers page, and social media.
• Assist with events through planning, coordination, on-site help and related communications.
• Support execution of recruitment campaigns.
• Identify and test ways to automate or simplify repetitive tasks using tools like AI.
• Take on project-based tasks with guidance at first and more ownership over time.
