Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a Senior R&D Operations Specialist to own, administer, and evolve the AI developer tools used by 300–400 engineers. You will configure, monitor usage and costs, and establish guardrails to ensure safe, cost-efficient tooling.

You will research configurations, stay ahead of AI tooling changes, and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver what the organisation needs. This is a fast-paced, globally engaged team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience owning or administering at least one AI or developer tool at organisational scale.
• Ability to understand how AI tools work under the hood, not just as end users.
• Self-management mindset with ownership and proactive approach.
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment with clear structure.

Responsibilities

• Own AI and developer tools across 300–400 engineers.
• Monitor usage, costs, and anomalies; establish guardrails for safety and cost-efficiency.
• Research tool configurations to maximize freedom within sensible boundaries.
