ABB Motion Center Of Expertise - Logistics (CoE-L) in Vaasa invites a Trade and Logistics Specialist to lead import/export operations, deliver data-driven trade insights, and optimize transportation and costs. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in global trade processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, support ABB businesses with expert guidance, and drive efficiency while maintaining data accuracy.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in industrial management, commerce, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with SAP, GTS, and TMS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of trade and logistics regulations.
• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export operations with customs brokers and stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze trade and customs reports with KPIs.
• Plan transportation activities to optimize resources and costs.
• Provide expert trade and logistics support across ABB businesses.
• Own LSP invoice validation and freight cost management.
• Drive continuous improvement across trade and logistics processes.
