Job summary

ABB Oy, Distribution Solutions in Vaasa, Finland, seeks a Senior QA Test Lead to own testing for the Relays-Online eCommerce platform, enabling end-to-end self-service across product selection, configuration, pricing, quotation, ordering, SW delivery, and order tracking.

You will define test strategy, drive testing across teams, coach on Shift-Left and Agile quality practices, and build test automation foundations with CI/CD integrations, leveraging Azure DevOps and Robot Framework to deliver

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in test automation and test pipelines.
• Experience with web applications and Robot Framework.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; able to lead and coordinate across teams.
• Experience in Agile Scrum and QA leadership in software environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop test strategy, scope, quality criteria, test plans, and specs for Relays Online.
• Plan and coordinate release testing across teams, track progress and risks, manage defects in Azure DevOps.
• Participate in manual testing during critical releases and support test execution for coverage and deadlines.
• Drive Agile quality practices and test automation foundations, including Shift-Left coaching and CI/CD integration.
• Integrate AI into processes as applicable and mentor teams in quality engineering.
