Job summary

Epassi seeks a Head of Total Reward to own and scale our job architecture, compensation, benefits and pay transparency framework across multiple markets. You will partner with the CPO, People BPs, Finance and Legal to translate strategy into scalable, compliant pay programs and lead a growing team as the function matures.

You will drive automated benchmarking, ensure pay-for-performance alignment, and maintain an AI-backed knowledge base for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a reward leader in fast-paced, high-growth European companies.
• Strong analytical rigour and attention to data.
• Bias for pace with ability to deliver results quickly.

Responsibilities

• Iterate and evolve the job architecture framework with benchmarking.
• Automate leveling and benchmarking to maintain a live market view.
• Analyse total compensation across levels and provide market insight.
• Review benefits options market by market and propose funding plans.
• Design, build and implement end-to-end compensation review processes.
