Schneider Electric in Finland is seeking a Tender Manager – BMS to lead end-to-end tenders for Building Management Systems across the Nordic region. You will coordinate technical and commercial proposals that meet customer needs and Schneider Electric standards.
You’ll analyze specifications, perform cost calculations, manage risks, and collaborate with Nordic colleagues, customers and partners while communicating in English; Finnish language is a plus.

As Tender Manager – BMS, you are part of the Nordic Tender Team within Digital Energy, based in Finland and working across the Nordic region. You lead tender activities for Building Management Systems projects, coordinating high-quality technical and commercial proposals that align with customer needs, Schneider Electric standards, and sustainability goals.
The role combines structured tender leadership, cross-border collaboration, and a strong focus on delivering efficient, digital, and sustainable building solutions.
Additional value is brought by deeper exposure to complex construction or BMS projects, familiarity with supplier and subcontractor coordination, insight into sustainability-driven building solutions.
