Job summary

Schneider Electric in Finland is seeking a Tender Manager – BMS to lead end-to-end tenders for Building Management Systems across the Nordic region. You will coordinate technical and commercial proposals that meet customer needs and Schneider Electric standards.

You’ll analyze specifications, perform cost calculations, manage risks, and collaborate with Nordic colleagues, customers and partners while communicating in English; Finnish language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Lead tender activities end-to-end for Building Management Systems as per governance, quality and ethics.
• Collaborate with Nordic colleagues, local stakeholders, customers and partners.
• Prepare accurate cost calculations, pricing and proposal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate tenders end-to-end in line with governance, quality, and ethical standards
• Analyze tender documentation, technical specifications, and commercial conditions
• Collaborate closely with Nordic colleagues, local stakeholders, customers, and partners
• Prepare accurate cost calculations, pricing, and high-quality proposal documentation
• Identify and manage technical and commercial risks throughout the tender process
• Support follow-ups, internal reviews, approvals, and negotiations when required
