Job summary

BearStruction Oy is seeking a telecom installer to perform fiber optic installation work across the Uusimaa region. You will install fiber connections, cables, and terminal devices, finishing work at customer sites and coordinating installation times with clients.

The role offers permanent full-time employment with standard daytime hours (7–16), modern tools, and a focus on quality workmanship and reliable performance. Training will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install fiber optic connections to houses and housing companies.

Telecom Installer – BearStruction Oy, Uusimaa

We are looking for a telecom installer for a permanent full-time employment at BearStruction Oy.

The work involves building fiber optic connections to small houses and housing companies in different parts of Uusimaa. Your duties include the installation of fiber optic connections, installation of cables and terminal devices, and the finishing of installations in the customer's premises. Work is done both independently and as part of a team, and modern battery-powered tools are used. The work also includes contacting customers and agreeing on installation times.

This job is for you if you like varied work, enjoy being with customers and want to see the results of your own work concretely. Carefulness, a calm way of working and common sense are qualities that are useful in the task.

Previous experience in telecom, electrical, construction or infrastructure construction is an advantage, but not necessary. We will familiarize the new employee with BearStruction's operating methods alongside a more experienced installer.
