Job summary

BearStruction Oy is seeking an excavator operator for a permanent full-time position to build fiber optic connections to houses and housing companies across the Uusimaa region. You will focus on excavation work for the fiber network and ensure a clean, precise finish in finished yards and street environments.

You will operate equipment including Yanmar machines and work closely with earthworks crews, taking responsibility for safety and cooperation, with additional site tasks possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Having a B driver's license is required.
• Experience using an excavator is essential.
• Sufficient Finnish for customer encounters is expected.

Job description

We are looking for an excavator operator for BearStruction Oy for a permanent full-time employment relationship.

The work involves building fiber optic connections to small houses and housing companies in different parts of Uusimaa. You will be mainly responsible for excavation work related to the construction of the fiber optic network and for the clean and careful implementation of the site. The work is done in close cooperation with earthworks workers, and if necessary, you will also participate in other site tasks. The equipment includes Yanmar Vio10, Yanmar SV17 with Engcon rotator and Yanmar Vio80 with Engcon rotator.

Precision, careful working and a clean end result are emphasized in the work, as the work is done in finished yard and street environments.

This job is for you if you enjoy being in the controls of the machine, like versatile outdoor work and appreciate that at the end of the day you can concretely see your own handiwork.
