Job summary

Elvera Oy is seeking a Team Leader for fixed telecommunications network construction in Southeast Finland. You will supervise a team, manage backbone networks and equipment, guide resources, and ensure smooth project execution.

You will oversee schedules, costs, quality, and safety, working closely with clients and internal units. The role involves coordinating subcontractors and may require travel within the region; security clearances are required.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a Team Leader for the construction of fixed telecommunications networks for a permanent position in Southeast Finland.

As a Team Leader, you will act as a supervisor for a team working on fixed telecommunications network construction. You will be responsible for the daily management of backbone networks and equipment construction, resource guidance, and the smooth implementation of projects. You will also be responsible for the guidance of subcontractors and the financial result of your team.

In your work, you will take care of the management of schedules, costs, and quality, and ensure that the work is carried out safely and in accordance with the agreed requirements. You will work closely with clients, work management, and other units. Your place of business is located in Southeast Finland, for example in Koria or Hamina. The position requires passing security clearances.

• expertise especially in the processes, techniques and systems of large telecom operators
• previous experience in supervisory or work management tasks
