Job summary

BearStruction Oy seeks an assistant to join our growing infrastructure team in the Uusimaa region. The role involves building fiber optic connections to small houses and housing companies, working outdoors with an experienced partner, and ensuring safe progress of excavation work, cable routes, and trench protection.

You will perform demolition and restoration of yard areas with hand tools, contributing to high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in earth construction, infrastructure or construction industry is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and right attitude.
• New employee is paired with an experienced partner.

Responsibilities

• Build fiber optic connections to small houses and housing companies in Uusimaa.
• Cooperate closely with the excavator driver to ensure safe progress of excavation work.
• Prepare cable routes, install cables and protective pipes, and finish work carefully.

Job description

We are looking for an assistant for BearStruction Oy for a permanent full-time employment relationship.

The work involves building fiber optic connections to small houses and housing companies in different parts of Uusimaa. As an assistant, you will work in close cooperation with the excavator driver and be responsible for the safe progress of excavation work, preparation of cable routes, installation of cables and protective pipes, and the careful finishing of the work. The work also includes demolition, installation and restoration work of yard area structures with various hand tools.

This job is for you if you enjoy being outdoors, like physical work and want to work as part of a professional pair. In the assistant's job, precision, initiative and good cooperation with the excavator driver are prerequisites for success.
