Job summary

BearStruction Oy is seeking a telecom installer to perform fiber optic installation work across the Uusimaa region. You will install fiber connections, cables, and terminal devices, finishing work at customer sites and coordinating installation times with clients.

The role offers permanent full-time employment with standard daytime hours (7–16), modern tools, and a focus on quality workmanship and reliable performance. Training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• B-driving license required.
• Sufficient Finnish language skills for customer encounters and communication.
• Careful and responsible approach to work.
• Good cooperation and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in telecom installation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install fiber optic connections to houses and housing companies.
• Install cables and terminal devices and finish installations at customer premises.
• Work independently or as part of a team using modern battery-powered tools.
• Contact customers and agree on installation times.
