Job summary

SEB seeks a Technology ICD Delivery Manager to strengthen vendor governance and contract management within MW&UAS, coordinating risk, security and resilience activities across the unit. Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in technology, service delivery, vendor management or governance.
• Good understanding of technology services, operational controls, security and audit/compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating risk management, BCM/DR activities, audits or control reporting.
• Experience from a regulated environment, preferably within banking or financial services, is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Microsoft vendor and contract management activities, including follow-up of contractual obligations, sourcing support and vendor performance.
• Secure that services are operated and maintained with the right level of quality, security, resilience, auditability and compliance.
• Follow up service performance and ensure that partners and vendors deliver according to agreed expectations.
• Coordinate risk management activities within MW&UAS, including input to risk assessments, issue follow-up and mitigation planning.
• Drive and coordinate security hygiene activities to support a strong control environment and reduce operational and security risks.
• Coordinate BCM and DR plans, including planning, preparation and follow-up of DR tests.
• Support audits and regulatory-related activities by coordinating input, evidence and follow-up actions.
• Drive Step data quality improvements within MW&UAS to ensure accurate and reliable service and control information.
• Prepare and coordinate quarterly KRI reporting for House in Order within MW&UAS.
• Act as bridge between vendor and delivery teams to ensure roadmap planning.
• Communicate service offerings, performance and improvement needs to relevant stakeholders.
• Support financial management of the service portfolio, including cost follow-up, and forecasts.

We are looking for a Technology ICD Delivery Manager to strengthen vendor and contract management within Modern Workspace & User Access Solutions (MW&UAS), while coordinating key control, risk and compliance activities that help keep our services secure, compliant and fit for purpose.

About the role

As Technology ICD Delivery Manager, you will help secure that SEB has the right IT infrastructure, tools and service capabilities in line with business plans and regulatory expectations. The role combines continuous service delivery, third-party governance, contract management and coordination of risk, security and resilience activities across MW&UAS.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, service owners, vendors and delivery teams to ensure that Microsoft-related services and contracts are governed effectively, delivered as agreed and continuously improved.

Who we are looking for

Experience and knowledge

• Proven experience from contract management, vendor governance or third-party management, preferably related to Microsoft services or enterprise technology platforms.
• Understanding of service management, service packaging, service forecasts and total cost of ownership.
• University degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience from technology, service delivery, vendor management or governance.
• Good understanding of technology services, operational controls, security expectations and audit/compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating risk management, BCM/DR activities, audits or control reporting.
• Experience from a regulated environment, preferably within banking or financial services, is beneficial.
