Job description

We are looking for a hands-on and creative Social & Digital Media Coordinator to join our Employer Branding team.

Since SEB was founded in 1856, our focus on customers and long-term relationships has been at the heart of our success. We aim to drive positive change by providing capital to help everyone reach their goals and accelerate progress towards a sustainable tomorrow. As a leading financial services group in northern Europe, we’ll help you grow and empower you to take on more responsibility to create a real difference. Welcome to SEB.

About the Role

In this role, you will support the execution of our Employer Branding digital marketing strategy by creating engaging content, managing day-to-day publishing, running paid campaigns, and analysing performance across our digital channels. You will be part of SEB's Group Employer Branding team, which consists of 15 people across Sweden and the Baltic countries.

You will work closely with the Social and Digital Media Manager and the wider Employer Branding team.

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys both creative production and data-driven optimization.

In this role, you will:

  • Plan, create, and edit video and still-image content for Meta and LinkedIn, adapting it to each platform.

  • Write copy for organic content and paid campaigns in line with SEB's tone of voice.

  • Manage the content calendar, publish organic social media posts and support day-to-day community management.

  • Set up, monitor and optimise paid social media campaigns.

  • Ensure content reflects SEB's brand while remaining relevant to each platform and audience.

  • Coordinate content and campaign assets, ensuring they are delivered on time and follow brand guidelines.

  • Monitor and analyse content and campaign performance across our digital channels.

  • Prepare campaign performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to improve future content and campaigns.

  • Stay up to date with platform trends and emerging formats and use these insights to keep our employer branding content relevant and engaging.

Who we are looking for

To thrive in this role, you are proactive, solution-oriented and structured, with a reliable approach to execution. You bring creativity and a strong visual eye, while staying curious and open to new ideas. You enjoy collaborating with others, are eager to learn and bring a global mindset to your work.

We also believe you have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media content production, digital marketing or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience creating and editing video and image content for Meta and LinkedIn.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and video-editing tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.

  • Strong social media copywriting skills and the ability to adapt content for different channels and audiences.

  • Experience managing organic social media content.

  • Experience setting up, monitoring and optimising paid social media campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.

  • Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent brand identity across digital channels.

  • Ability to analyse performance data and translate results into actionable recommendations.

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

  • A background in recruitment marketing or employer branding is a plus.

What we offer

  • Hybrid work model, meaning remote work is possible up to 2 days/week
  • Long-term stability and growth as a company
  • Opportunity to build connections with a top-level customer network
  • Extensive training and learning opportunities
Do you want to be part of SEB?

It is our fundamental belief that inclusion and diversity is crucial for our future success. We strive to have an inclusive, value-driven culture where employees feel valued, respected, and involved irrespective of who they are, what they believe or where they come from.

Please be aware that our final candidates undergo background checks, a process that includes for example identity control, verification of qualifications, credit checks, company engagements and history of crime. In some cases, we also apply random drug checks. During employment, employees within SEB can also expect to undergo recurring background checks.
