Arrow Electronics in Espoo, Finland seeks a Technology Field Application Engineer (FAE) specialized in Analog and Power Management to support customers from design to deployment. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and Arrow's sales teams to drive design wins and grow the business.

You will deliver technical consultations, run trainings, and provide on-site and remote support while traveling within the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience in electronics development, application engineering, technical support, or a customer-facing engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of Analog and Power Management technologies.
• Ability to understand customer challenges and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and technology.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Fluent English language skills; Finnish language skills are considered an advantage.

About The Role

We are looking for a Technology Field Application Engineer (FAE) – Analog & Power Management to join our team in Espoo, Finland.

In this customer-facing technical role, you will be responsible for supporting customers with the development of innovative electronic solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor and driving design opportunities around Analog and Power Management technologies. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and Arrow's sales teams to grow business and secure design wins.

Who We Are Looking For
