Job summary

Bosch in Espoo seeks a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to drive mixed-signal IC development from concept to implementation.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across digital, software, layout and test to deliver high-performance devices with a focus on First Time Right outcomes. A strong background in analog design and HDL modeling is essential, with hybrid work arrangements possible.

Qualifications

• Proven industrial track record in IC design (senior analog or lead) is required.
• Experience ramping up top-level AMS/DMS verification environments and running top-level simulations.
• Strong system-level understanding to support First Time Right product delivery.
• Solid understanding of modeling using Verilog-A, Verilog-AMS, and SystemVerilog for analog/mixed-signal simulation.
• Practical experience in analog layout and ESD is a plus.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving Innovation:You work as part of interdisciplinary team developing mixed signal ICs for consumer market space from concept to implementation.
• Ensuring Design Integrity:You will ensure 'First Time Right' ICs by executing comprehensive simulations at different abstraction levels, e.g. at model and at transistor level.
• Holistic System Design:You understand block and top-level requirements and the need for documentation. You collaborate closely with digital, software, layout and test teams and come up with solutions that give optimal performance.
• Global Collaboration:You communicate and collaborate within an international and globally distributed team of experts.

Demonstrated high expertise in analog circuit design (block and top-level concepts, circuit topologies, design trade-offs, transistor-level understanding, and process technology). Experience in ramping up top-level AMS/DMS verification environments and running top level simulations is required. Strong system-level understanding to support "First Time Right" product delivery. A solid understanding of modeling using hardware description languages (Verilog-A, Verilog-AMS, and SystemVerilog) is required, with emphasis on their use in analog and mixed-signal simulation. Practical experience in analog layout and ESD is a plus.
• Education:Degree (M.Sc., B.Sc. or Ph.D.) in electrical engineering or equivalent.
