Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Espoo, Finland seeks a Technology Field Application Engineer (FAE) specialized in Analog and Power Management to support customers from design to deployment. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and Arrow's sales teams to drive design wins and grow the business.

You will deliver technical consultations, run trainings, and provide on-site and remote support while traveling within the region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Experience in electronics development, application engineering, technical support, or a customer-facing engineering role.
Strong knowledge of Analog and Power Management technologies.
Ability to understand customer challenges and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and technology.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Fluent English language skills; Finnish language skills are considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical specialist for Analog & Power Management semiconductor solutions.
Develop optimal system-level and component-level solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Provide technical consultation and design support to customers remotely and on-site.
Support customers throughout the product development lifecycle and design process.
Deliver technical presentations, workshops, seminars, and training sessions to customers and internal teams.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Drive strategic customer projects and support design-in and design-win activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and technology partners.
Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
