Job summary

Quuppa is seeking a Technical Support Intern to join our Services team at our Finland HQ in Espoo. The role is designed for a student in the final stages of studies, offering hands-on experience in technical customer support, software testing, troubleshooting, and customer-facing work.

Expect to commit at least 20 hours per week for six months, with schedule flexibility discussed to suit academic commitments.

Qualifications

• Currently studying engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Commit at least 20 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Analytical and hands-on with a structured approach to problem solving.
• Curious and willing to investigate problems rather than giving up.
• Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical people.
• Organized and able to follow up on tasks and communicate progress.
• comfortable working as part of a team and asking for help when needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in QA regression testing of a third-party CRS platform and related activities.
• Assist with customer demonstrations tailored to specific industry use cases.
• Provide technical support to customers remotely with experienced team members.
• Learn customer requirements and identify suitable technical solutions.
• Help validate customer implementations and identify issues or alternative solutions.
• Assist with troubleshooting and debugging system architecture and integrations.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers.
• Document findings and support activities to improve internal knowledge.
