Job summary

Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions Europe seeks a skilled remote Technical Support Specialist to provide high-level support for installation, commissioning and repair of Panasonic aircon products. You will attend priority calls, manage ticket queues and create training materials.

You will collaborate with sales and service partners, develop technical documentation and contribute to ongoing product improvement in an international, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a master refrigeration and heating technology.
• State-certified refrigeration/air conditioning technician or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of work experience in the field.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Provide a high level remote technical support to internal and external customers on the installation, commissioning and repair of Panasonic aircon product. Attend first priority phone calls, ticket queue escalated from Call Center agents and petitions received by e-mail.
• Create and implement service and product trainings for our service partners, wholesalers, installers, and other customers.
• Identify technical issues and develop solutions as next higher level of support after the Field Support Engineer.
• Support the sales team in the development of specifications and quotations.
• Train service partners to use the continuously developing Panasonic service tools.
• Prepare technical documentations, sales and training materials, and project studies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Completed training as a master refrigeration and heating technology, state-certified refrigeration / air conditioning technicians, etc. or similar education and experience
• 3 - 5 years work-experience
• Experience in hydronics (chillers)
