Job description

Technical Specialist for heat pump solutions.

You will provide solution-oriented and customer-service-minded technical support for ground-source, geothermal, and air-source heat pumps and building heat pumps for residential and commercial properties. You will manage after-sales reporting, technical bulletins, training for distributors, and the technical preparation of product launches. You will communicate with the production site in Sweden, report to the CEO, and work closely with the Finnish organization. The role suits someone who enjoys teamwork, wants to develop expertise, and can communicate fluently in Finnish and English. You are precise and service-minded and enjoy interacting with others. Experience in technical product roles in HVAC, electrical, refrigeration/temperature control, or automation is an advantage. We offer independent work in a growing and secure energy field. You will strengthen your expertise, influence customer relationships in Finland, and work in a small collaborative team. Our office is relocating to Keilaniemi at the end of October.
