Job summary

Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions Europe seeks a skilled remote Technical Support Specialist to provide high-level support for installation, commissioning and repair of Panasonic aircon products. You will attend priority calls, manage ticket queues and create training materials.

You will collaborate with sales and service partners, develop technical documentation and contribute to ongoing product improvement in an international, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a master refrigeration and heating technology.
• State-certified refrigeration/air conditioning technician or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of work experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level remote technical support to internal and external customers on installation, commissioning and repair of Panasonic aircon products.
• Attend first priority phone calls and manage ticket queues.
• Create and implement service and product trainings for service partners, wholesalers and installers.
• Prepare technical documentation, sales and training materials, and project studies.
