Job description

We are seeking an experienced heat pump installer for a permanent position in Tampere. The job consists of installing and servicing heat pumps for households and housing associations. At Huoltolux, the work is organized so that the installer can focus on the job itself: you concentrate on installation - sales and work order management are handled centrally. The role mainly involves installations and maintenance of air source heat pumps in the Tampere region, with an objective of about 2 installations per day.

We offer a permanent year-round position.

The salary for the role is 2,500-3,000 EUR per month depending on experience and skill.

Working hours are standard daytime hours, no weekend work, no on-call duties.

Huoltolux provides all tools and equipment: company van for site visits, quality tools, work clothes, and phone.

What we are looking for: a ready-made heat pump installer with experience in installation and maintenance of heat pumps. We value independence, careful work approach, and good customer service attitude.

Start date: immediate and the position can begin according to agreement.
