Job summary

FläktGroup Finland Oy is seeking a solution-oriented Technical Sales Expert to support their sales team. The role involves creating innovative and energy-efficient ventilation solutions that ensure indoor comfort and safety while reducing the carbon footprint.

The position is permanent and based in Espoo, Turku, or Toijala, with the possibility of partial remote work. Fluency in Finnish and English is required, with a focus on customer-centric solutions and strong collaboration with the sales

Qualifications

• Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ventilation products and systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Background in building services (HVAC, mechanical, energy, electrical, automation) is valued.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to sales and customers to identify products and systems meeting project requirements.
• Assist in product sizing and the creation of offers.
• Communicate with factory technical support to find solutions.
• Support marketing efforts for developers and designers.
• Train sales staff and customers.
• Produce technical and marketing materials with the marketing team.
• Verify translations of selection programs and technical documents.
