Lokki Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy is seeking an energetic HVAC installer to join the client’s team in the Turku region. The role focuses on ventilation installations, with induction provided and on-the-job support to help you develop your skills.

The ideal candidate has HVAC education and experience, an independent and proactive work approach, customer focus, and fluent Finnish. A valid safety card is required.

Our client will provide induction for the role, so you will receive good support at the start of your work. We expect from you:

• Education in the HVAC field and previous experience in ventilation installations
• An independent and proactive approach to work
• Customer-centricity and good Finnish language skills
• A valid occupational safety card
• Insulation skills and references from previous employers are considered an advantage. Own tools are seen as an advantage

• Salary based on experience and skills, approximately 16-20 €/h, in addition to which you will receive TES-compliant allowances, such as meal and travel allowances
