Job summary

Fortum in Espoo, Finland seeks an energetic Executive Assistant and Team Lead for Technology Support and Engagement. You will lead executive assistants and engagement specialists, drive KPI reporting, and coordinate the CIO agenda with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting senior technology leaders in EA, Chief of Staff, Team Lead or similar coordination role
• University-level degree such as BBA, HSO or similar preferred
• Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish; other languages are assets
• Strong digital skills and experience with modern productivity, collaboration and AI tools
• Strong information-seeking skills and ability to work in unfamiliar, rapidly changing environments
• Proactive and independent approach to assistance and support
• Ability to multitask with urgency and prioritization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop technology leadership support and engagement team
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of Digital and Technology KPIs and reporting
• Coordinate SVP, IT agenda and daily work including appointments, events and documentation
• Drive IT's agenda by managing meetings, minutes, actions and agendas; travel may be required
• Coordinate leadership communications, engagement activities, events and initiatives
• Independently manage assigned administrative responsibilities and follow-up actions
• Position located in Espoo, Finland
