Job summary

Elomatic seeks a Team Lead to steer the software development team in the Marine business unit. You will guide Aura APM's ongoing development, ensuring high quality delivery and strong collaboration with customers and stakeholders.

The role supports hybrid work from Turku or Espoo, with some travel as needed. You will balance people leadership, product development, and business growth while focusing on team wellbeing, resource planning, and performance improvement.

Do you want to lead a software development team full of professionals and help drive the growth of a product used by the global maritime industry? We are looking for you!

Your role and the team

Join us as we strengthen our software development capability in Digitalization and Modernization team within our Marine Business Unit. This position can be based in Turku or Espoo. Please let us know your preferred location in your application.

As a Team Lead, you will lead and develop our software development team responsible for Aura APM, Elomatic's data-driven Asset Performance Management platform that helps maritime operators improve asset performance, optimize maintenance, and make smarter operational decisions.

In this role, you will combine people leadership, product development, and business growth. You will lead the software development team responsible for Aura APM, supporting its continued development and commercial success. At the same time, you will foster team wellbeing and competence development, ensure effective resource planning, and contribute to customer engagement and business growth initiatives. The role requires occasional travel in Finland and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the software development team in Marine business
• Ensure the successful development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Aura APM platform
• Drive the growth and commercial success of the product through customer collaboration, sales support, and business development
• Manage team resources, budgeting, and workload planning
• Support project delivery and continuously improve ways of working, processes, and team performance
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to align product development with business goals and customer needs
