Qualifications

• At least five years of recruitment experience in-house or agency environment.
• Experience recruiting in Construction or Engineering is essential.
• Proven direct sourcing skills using LinkedIn and social media.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for allocated business areas, from vacancy briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future talent needs.
• Develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies for a range of professional roles.
• Proactively identify and engage talent using LinkedIn, social media, direct sourcing, and networks.
