Job summary

Qutwo, Europe’s private Quantum AI Lab, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hyper-growth across Europe from Helsinki or remote Europe. You will own candidate pipelines for AI/ML, optimization, and quantum roles, and directly-source passive talent.

Collaborate with internal technical leads, run multi-market recruitment campaigns, and ensure a fast, structured interview process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle tech recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring AI/ML, optimization, or quantum tech roles.
• Experience across multiple European markets.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping skills.
• Ability to advise hiring managers and negotiate offers.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive Qutwo’s hyper-growth across Europe. In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of candidate pipelines for critical technical and strategic positions, direct-sourcing passive talent in specialized areas like AI/Machine Learning, Optimization Engineering, and Product Partnerships.

Roles & Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Technical Sourcing

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, with a core focus on AI/ML, Optimization, Quantum AI engineering.

• Utilize creative, non-traditional sourcing techniques to map out tech hubs and engage passive top talent.

• Conduct initial screenings, evaluate alignment on skills and mindset, and guide candidates through the hiring funnel.

European Market Expansion

• Run targeted recruitment campaigns across key European markets (Germany, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, and broader Europe).

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional talent dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscapes.

Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration

• Partner directly with internal technical leads to establish clear hiring profiles, scorecards, and timelines.

• Drive fast, structured, and objective interview processes in high-stakes environments.

• Advise hiring managers on market reality, offer negotiations, and closing strategies.

Candidate Experience & Process Ownership

• Deliver a seamless, transparent, and high-touch experience for every candidate from outreach to onboarding.

• Continuously refine recruitment operations, ATS hygiene, and interviewing workflows.

Employer Branding & Community Support

• Support Employer Branding (EB) initiatives to establish Qutwo as an employer of choice in European tech hubs.

• Support external recruitment events and tech meetups (e.g., hosted at the Qutwo office or virtually).

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements

• Min. 3 years with proven track record in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced tech environments

• Experience in client-led / service business hiring environment, where client demands drive hiring focus

• Multi-market recruitment experience across Europe (Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, France, etc.)

• Proven track record hiring top-tier AI/ML, Optimization Engineers, and Product Partnerships roles

• Advanced direct sourcing and market mapping expertise
