Job summary

Qutwo, Europe’s private Quantum AI Lab, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hyper-growth across Europe from Helsinki or remote Europe. You will own candidate pipelines for AI/ML, optimization, and quantum roles, and directly-source passive talent.

Collaborate with internal technical leads, run multi-market recruitment campaigns, and ensure a fast, structured interview process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle tech recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring AI/ML, optimization, or quantum tech roles.
• Experience across multiple European markets.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping skills.
• Ability to advise hiring managers and negotiate offers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for AI/ML, optimization, and quantum roles.
• Source passive candidates and map tech hubs across Europe.
• Screen candidates, assess fit, and guide through hiring funnel.
• Collaborate with technical leads to define profiles and timelines.
• Drive fast, structured interviews and close offers.
• Enhance candidate experience and support employer branding.
