Job summary

Qutwo, Europe’s private Quantum AI Lab, seeks a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to bridge ML research and production. You will build backend services in Python, design frontends, deploy containers and Kubernetes, and own end-to-end reliability.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in production software, breadth across backend, data pipelines, and infra; strong ML fluency with PyTorch or TensorFlow; English communication and agile teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience building and running production software.
• Breadth across backend, data/ML pipelines, and infrastructure.
• Strong software architecture and cloud platform understanding.
• Practical ML fluency: training, fine-tuning, and inference with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs between model size, latency, memory, and accuracy.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development and code review.
• Security-first mindset.
• Fluent in English and agile cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Productizing ML pipelines for DNN compression into reproducible, observable pipelines.
• Designing and implementing backend services in Python.
• Building frontends for pipelines and services.
• Owning deployment and operations: containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and security.
• Document architectural decisions for the team and coding agents.
