Citycon is seeking a proactive Systems Specialist to join our Group IT & BPI team in Espoo. You will administer and optimise Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, develop Power BI analytics, and collaborate with leasing, asset management, marketing and finance across units.

You will gather requirements, support business stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of our data platforms and reporting capabilities. Start flexibly in Nov/Dec 2026, on-site at HQ in Iso Omena, Espoo.

Formación

• Several years of relevant experience with business applications, data platforms, analytics solutions or related technologies.
• Hands-on experience administering and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Experience Cloud solutions.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI or similar technologies.
• Experience in working with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Good understanding of system integrations, data flows, APIs and data management principles.
• Proven track record in supporting business-critical applications in a multi-system environment.
• A proactive, service-minded and quality-focused approach with a curiosity for technology and continuous improvement.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Acting as the technical Super User and main point of contact for appointed business application platforms such as Salesforce and Power BI. Agreed group wide service responsibilities may change from time to time.
• Providing user training, support and feedback as well as advising business and support functions on technology and how it can help them perform better in the agreed area of responsibility.
• Administration, configuration and optimisation of CMR solutions and related dependencies, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud environments.
• Developing and supporting reporting and analytics capabilities using business intelligence and data pipeline/integration solutions such as Power BI, Snowflake, Matillion and Boomi.
• Managing user access, security roles, workflows, reports, dashboards and system configurations in accordance with established controls and policies.
• Gathering business- and end-user requirements and translating them into functional solutions and system/process enhancements.
• Participating in systems implementation and development projects as a key technical specialist and supporting testing, and release- and change management activities.
• Creating and maintaining system-, process- and user guide documentation.

Citycon is looking for proactive Systems Specialist to join our Group IT & BPI team in a permanent position. In this role, you will be you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, support and continuous improvement of our commercial and data platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders such as leasing, asset management, marketing and finance across all our business units to ensure reliable, scalable and user-friendly solutions that support our business objectives.

As a Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for
