Job summary

Citycon is looking for a Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Manager for Koskikeskus in Tampere to drive leasing activities and contribute to the asset's development. This permanent role focuses on shaping commercial success through strong tenant partnerships and proactive leasing strategies.

You will oversee the full leasing cycle for Koskikeskus, map potential tenants, conduct tours, and collaborate with brokers to grow the centre’s tenant mix in a dynamic Nordic real estate group.

Qualifications

• Several years of relevant experience in leasing or establishment within the real estate industry.
• Experience in retail and/or commercial properties.
• Solid knowledge of tenancy law.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating lease agreements.
• Proactive, results-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a suitable commercial field.

Citycon is looking for Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Manager, Koskikeskus, to join our Finland & Estonia Leasing team in a permanent position. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of one of Finland’s leading shopping centres by driving leasing activities, building strong tenant partnerships, and contributing to the development of the asset.

Employment Period: Flexible start date, ideally in November or December 2026

Location: On-site at Citycon’s office in Koskikeskus, Tampere

As a Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Manager, Koskikeskus, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success and development of the shopping centre. Your responsibilities include:
