Job summary

Mölnlycke is seeking a Lean Transformation Manager in Mikkeli to lead a strategically important improvement program aligned to a key production line. This 12-month fixed-term role offers exposure across the organisation and collaboration with site leadership and global stakeholders.

You will drive continuous improvement, enable governance across workstreams, and track KPIs to deliver measurable business results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex projects or transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities and workstreams.
• Facilitation, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Modular Line Improvement Program.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and operational performance improvements.
• Establish governance structures and ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Track KPIs, milestones, risks, and programme deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops and continuous improvement activities.
• Build engagement and accountability among cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
