Job summary

SMC Automation Oy in Finland invites two Technical Sales Specialists to join our growth-focused team. You will drive sales by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with key customers, managing the full sales cycle from needs analysis to closing.

The roles are based in the Turku region and the Helsinki area (Espoo). Fluency in Finnish and English is required, and experience in value-based B2B technical sales and working with automation products is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in value-based B2B technical sales.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
• Ability to work independently and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage key and target customers to drive growth.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to match solutions with customer needs.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on quotations, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Represent SMC at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events in Finland and abroad.
