Sine Engineering in Tampere, on-site, is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead an engineering product team and drive the technology product lifecycle from idea validation to production support.

You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage roadmaps and backlogs, and ensure timely delivery across disciplines such as radio, navigation, and autonomy.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, clear communication, and ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Technical education – avionics, electronics, mechatronics, radio engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in hardware product development and design.
• Experience managing technical teams and allocating resources.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technology lifecycle from concept to end of life.
• Define roadmaps, release plans and success metrics.
• Translate strategy into actionable product and engineering initiatives.
