Job summary

Manpower is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead datacenter building automation projects across the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. You will drive delivery, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion with safety and quality as top priorities.

The role involves procurement, risk management, and client liaison, with the option of fixed-term employment or contractor engagement. Immediate start for ~12 months.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction or automation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in datacenter construction or building automation is a plus.
• Knowledge of contracts and project controls is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of building automation projects across multiple datacenter sites.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk management plans.
• Oversee project financials, including cost control, forecasting, reporting, and margin management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate activities with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and resource allocation across sites.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting.
• Support commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.
