Job summary

Wärtsilä Corporation in Helsinki, Finland is seeking a People Analytics Partner to advise senior HR and business leaders on workforce strategy, talent and organizational effectiveness using data-driven insights. You will own analytics projects across Marine, Energy and Group Functions, drive Visier adoption, onboard new data sources and build scalable dashboards.

The role requires global collaboration, strong consulting experience and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable

Qualifications

Significant experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning or HR analytics.
Experience partnering with senior leaders in global organizations.
Proven track record leading analytics projects from concept to delivery.
Experience with workforce data, analytics platforms and visualization tools.
Fluent English; strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to identify strategic workforce challenges and opportunities.
Translate workforce analytics into actionable recommendations for decisions.
Lead complex analyses of trends, risks and opportunities affecting performance.
Onboard new data sources and integrate them into Visier and other systems.
Develop scalable analytics solutions, dashboards and self-service capabilities.
