Job summary

Nordea is seeking an experienced M365 AI Governance & Risk Lead to join Content Management in End User Engineering & Operations. You will own governance, risk, and lifecycle for Microsoft 365 AI and agentic AI capabilities while coordinating with privacy, legal, compliance, and security teams across Nordic operations.

The role requires strong governance, policy drafting, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a hybrid work model across Helsinki, Warsaw and Łódź.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk management, compliance, audit or technology risk.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and enterprise AI governance capabilities.
• Ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical controls and procedures.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional reviews with security, privacy, compliance and legal stakeholders.
• Excellent written policies, operating models and management-ready summaries in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Microsoft 365 AI and agentic AI governance model.
• Establish rules for Copilot Agents, Co-work and related Microsoft 365 AI capabilities use cases.
• Ensure AI capabilities are risk assessed with privacy, compliance and security teams.
• Align governance with data protection, auditability and regulated environments.
• Own service lifecycle, budgets, KPIs and SLAs for the governance service.
