Nordea is seeking a Lead/Senior AI Platform Engineer to shape and scale its enterprise AI platform for fighting financial crime. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership across Nordic and European teams, enabling secure and responsible AI solutions.

The candidate will define standards, governance, and roadmaps, ensuring platform resilience, cost efficiency and regulatory compliance while collaborating with data scientists, security, and business stakeholders.

Formación

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience designing, building and operating large-scale cloud-native platforms in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with AWS and familiarity with Azure or GCP.
• Hands-on software engineering with Python and IaC like Terraform.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms such as SageMaker/Bedrock/AgentCore and modern enterprise data platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and manage stakeholder relationships.

• Design, build and evolve enterprise-grade AI platform capabilities for predictive, generative and agentic AI.
• Drive technical leadership across engineering, architecture, data science and security teams.
• Define engineering standards, production-readiness, governance models and operational frameworks for AI solutions.
• Translate strategic AI ambitions into scalable platform capabilities, roadmaps and guidance.
• Ensure platform resilience, security, cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.
